    The good thingsKinerja langsung dilihat oleh top management, dan ide serta gagasan langsung dapat disampaikan dan didengar oleh top management. Banyak kesempatan karir karena secara skala SDM masih terbatas dan banyak posisi pimpinan yang masih belum terisi. Mengutamakan prinsip kerja inisiatif dan flesibilitas yang mengutamakan hasil.
    The challengesKarena keterbatasan SDM maka banyak hal yang harus dipelajari sendiri dan memberikan masukan untuk dapat mendukung manajemen.

    The good thingsBekerja dimanapun memerlukan skill khusus dan mental yang kuat untuk mencapai kesuksesan, begitu juga disini. Tapi bekerja disini memiliki kelebihan dari perusahaan lain yaitu boss selalu memperhatikan karyawan secara langsung, sehingga pencapaian akan langsung mendapat perhatian begitu juga sebaliknya. Yang paling bagus yaitu insentif yg sangat besar menurut saya dibandingkan dengan perusahaan lainnya.
    The challengesHal utama yang menjadi kesulitan adalah brand image yg masih hanya kalangan profesional dan kalangan tertentu yg mengutamakan kualitas produk, dimana ini merupakan tantangan bagi marketing. Tapi bagi markerting yg handal itu bukan masalah. Banyak perbaikan yg sudah dilakukan perusahaan ini utk meningkatkan layanan purna jual, sehingga hal ini sudah menjadi cerita zaman dahulu kala.

    The good thingsGood Product, Good Experiences, good relationsip with the vendor, have a strong capabilty of the product electrical innovation system, retail and project marketing management system (B2B) also (B2C), good Menthoring project team.
    The challengesas a Marketing Communication I think there are a few obstacle that ive been through during to product selling firstly is about the team, with the high target selling, i mean to work with other dept in the company, is hard for supporting the sales needed, so i suggest to give the empolyees more managemnent training to become a superteam, and i suggest that the sales dept have to be support in technically. Thank you for giving me the best experiences value of life.
