    Not bad but not good either.
    The good thingsAn amazing team with lots of good mentors as well as copious opportunities to bond with other workers. They also provide personal development (i.e. there's always a worship event every 2 weeks, I guess?) which I think it's really great.
    The challengesThe company pays its workers way under industry standards by far. They also cut off without any notice to some of their workers during a pandemic. While the workers who they didn't cut off, they only give their salary by 40% and still asking them to come to the office like usual and they have more workload than usual. And favoritism always being shown :). My advice is to get your foot in the door in tech with this job. Enjoy the lax culture and lack of work ethic from 80% of the workers. Then once you are ready to get paid correctly, leave and double your salary for doing the same job.

    Mengerjakan promosi untuk instagram dan iklan untuk web banner, membuat promosi untuk pameran di JCC yang di adakan 1 tahun 4x, desain brosur, flyer, video klip dari kumpulan JPEG berupa promosi2, membuat desain merchandise untuk sekolah internasioal, mem
    The good thingssaya bekerja dengan tim designer grafis yang handal, saya punya kesempatan untuk bertemu klien dan orang2 baru, saya bisa tahu dunia foto dari pengambilan foto, edit foto, acc dengan klien, dan sampai qc ke percetakan untuk cetak foto yang sudah di edit dan di layout di buku album dan diberikan sampai ke tangan klien.
    The challenges- hal yang sulit ketika harus berhadapan dengan klien untuk acc dan klien bertanya ttg hal2 proses2 pengerjaan atau ada kekurangan ttg produk, dll - dalam hal percetakan kesulitan dalam komunikasi dengan bagian percetakan, dan ada juga kesulitan dalam menentukan bahan yang ada dengan bahan yang kita inginkan.
