    Manajemen Buruk, sistem like and dislike, banyak penjilat, serta fasilitas yg minim.
    The good thingsPerekrutan tdk ada sistem kontrak, 3 bulan lolos langsung permanent, tapi mereka bisa sj mengeluarkan karyawan seenaknya, tanpa mengikuti UU Tenaga Kerja
    The challengesHabit kerja yang buruk, membuat mereka tidak.mau diajak.berkembang. Dengan sistem manajemen keluarga, sehingga kurang baiknya pengelolaan SDM. Fasiltas sgt minim, tdk ada tempat parkir yg layak.
