    Poor school management
    The good things- The students were very nice - Got montessori apparatus
    The challenges- Poor teacher training - Poor school management - Poor principal leadership - Poor work-life balance - Toxic working environment (thankfully only few people)

    Santai tapi terlalu stress.
    The good thingsJam kerjanya santai, banyak orang tua yang suportif dan komunikatif.
    The challengesTerkadang kepala sekolah terlalu menuruti dan mendengarkan komplain dari orang tua yang membuat kami para guru merasa tidak dihargai. Ada pilih kasih antara kepsek dengan beberapa guru. Dana untuk pengembangan sekolah susah didapatkan. Teaching resources 'susah turunnya' karena owner terlalu perhitungan.
