    The good thingsComfortable work environment and supportive leaders, good benefit so that there are many opportunities to develop yourself and learn more at this school.
    The challengesKinderfield is a school that is active both in academic and non-academic. I'm challenged to do these 2 things (teaching and arranging events). But overall can still be run with the great coworkers.

    A Peaceful Mind in Work/Life Balance
    The good thingsGood friends, good coordinators, and good principal. The place is wide and full of trees. Every time I need to rest from working. The green trees around the school can heal my feeling. I have been wanting to work in this school because the building is gigantic. This school has excellent facilities which can be used by the staff and teachers. So happy to be working here.
    The challengesTight schedules of teaching, the amount of students have more in total.

    The good things1. Saya mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengecek laporan siswa. Hal ini menambah kemampuan saya berbahasa Inggris secara tulisan. 2. Saya mendapatkan pengalaman mengajar literasi dengan target akademik yang menurut saya cukup tinggi. Tingkat TK B di Kinderfield Cibinong diharapkan sudah mampu untuk membaca dan membuat cerita pendek dalam Bahasa Inggris. 3. Saya mendapatkan kesempatan untuk keluar dari zona nyaman saya yang telah sebelumnya bekerja di institusi yang sama selama 12 tahun.
    The challengesKomunikasi pada awalnya merupakan hambatan yang berat dikarenakan budaya yang berbeda dengan lingkungan kerja sebelumnya. Namun, kebiasaan untuk mengonfirmasi sesuatu sebelum melakukan suatu pekerjaan membuat tingkat kesulitan semakin berkurang.

    You can be a profesional if you love your job
    The good thingsI love facing many different people character, I love learning day by day and in my opinion, working here make you learning of being a better people day by day but I have to stop working because I have to move to another island for following my husband
    The challengesAt least in each jobs has pluses and minuses, and the all day challenges in this company that we had to have a good mood in every situasion because our customers are children so we had to make them happy all day long.
