    work in export department make increase my knowladge especially how to have good communication with others people, company
    The good thingsi can manage my time and job as well eventhough i only have 3 person in my team and i have good communication with the other department, company. make zero discrepany in shipping documents. if there is no discrepancy we can save our times and money.
    The challengesmy concern is build good communication with others company or department such as forwrader, Bea Cukai & Department Perdagangan. I'm sure if we have good attitude, good commucication it's will be have good benefit not only for us, but for team, for company.

    Saya bekerja sebagain inspection saya mengecek setiap jaket yang sudah dipotong apakah ada yang luka atau tidak setelah semua d cek sudah ok lalu di simpan di rak dan nanti di ambil tukang barang untuk proses selanjutnya di sewing.

    The good thingsMasalah yang terjadi selalu diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan dan atasannya pun sangat menghargai kinerja para karyawannya. Pekerjaan didalam logistik buyer sendiri termasuk santai apabila kita dapat menyiasati pekerjaan tersebut dan satu hal lagi yaitu tidak boleh menunda-nunda pekerjaan. Semakin kita cepat bekerja semakin cepat santai pula kita bekerja.
    The challengesSering terjadi kehilangan atau kekurangan barang produksi akibat sering teledor atau lupa menaruh barang tersebut. Biasanya barang yang sering hilang dan kurang yang mengakibatkan masalah besar yaitu snap, zipper dan label.
