    REVIEW KIDDIE LAND MONTESSORI
    The good thingsJam kerja yang relatif efisien apalagi untuk wanita yg sudah menikah dan mempunyai anak. Karena jam kerja hanya dari jam 8-4 sore. Tidak ada lembur. Bisa kenal dengan berbagai macam orang tua murid
    The challengesTekanan dari atasan yg profit oriented dengan target murid yg tidak semestinya. Sulitnya menjalin kekompakan antara staff dengan para guru. Karena sangat terlihat jarak yg membedakan antara keduanya. Lingkungan kerja yg sering tidak kondusif untuk bekerja.
