The good thingsI really love to maintain the Student satisfactory level, mingle and keep in touch with them. Our operation staff are the good cooperative person in every situation.
The challengesIn my personal point of view, Sometimes management doesn't want to hear what happened on studio, they just outputing the decision without considering the impact on the below. I hope in the future this company give a chance to the staff at least to delivering what becoming their concern.
