    The good thingsOrang-orang di sekitar sangat baik, membantu untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja. Respon terhadap karyawan juga cepat & baik Pemberian Gaji tidak pernah telat, selalu tepat waktu Executive selalu mendengarkan masukan dari bawahan.
    The challengesDI karenakan saya ditempatkan di site Project tempat yg terpencil (Remote Area) saya agak kesulitan untuk beradaptasi. di karenakan tempatnya sangat jauh dari pemukiman dan kota. dan saya di tempatkan hanya seorang diri, tanpa team.
