    A strong and well managed Company
    The good thingsMost of thing are well managed here. good working environment, open to express our argument and idea. we can gets life balance here between working and family time. Office politics is still minimum but the chance to grow up our career is limited. we cannot expect too much of promotion and regular salary increment.
    The challengesWe have to pay attention to impress our boss to get their recognition. every time you make mistake, you have to prepare to depend yourself. do not taken to heart but take a lesson is the best attitude.

    The good thingsSetiap departemen dapat saling membantu, lingkungan kerja sangat menyenangkan dan kekeluargaan. Setiap Kamis kami mempunyai kegiatan Sport Day yg diisi dengan kegiatan Yoga, Jogging, atau Aerobic.
    The challengesApabila setiap departemen dapat saling berkomunikasi dengan baik, pasti kesulitan dan diminimalisir.
