    Being part of Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta is one of my best experinces in my life. Over there i've got a lot of knowledges about ethnic and culture on F&B Production.
    The good thingsHaving a good experience, also enviroment.
    The challengesAs an internship student , i should chase their phase for make my self fit with it.

    exciting process
    The good thingsit's a family friendly working atmosohere that made me really enjoy working there, especially in the lobby and also every staff that works there all very kind to me and befriended me even though I'm not part of the locals.
    The challengesAll the events that I went through are actually the hardest, because a lots of things are happening after the pandemic and sometimes I can't multitask because of my focus being seperated to a lot of things.

    Susah mendapatkan posisi staf
    The good thingsMelayani tamu, mengendarai buggy, mem valet parkir mobil tamu. Melayani permintaan tamu dan mendapatkan tips sebagai ungkapan kepuasan tamu. Atasan dan rekan kerja ramah. Banyak mempelajari skill mengemudi, mengendarai buggy, menyambut tamu dan melayani barang bawaan tamu.
    The challengesSaat hotel penuh, penanganan barang harus ekstra hati-hati agar tidak tertukar/hilang/rusak. Mengantisipasi komplain. Belum terbiasa mengendarai mobil mewah. Butuh waktu lama pengangkatan untuk menjadi staff. Masih DW, gaji belum mencapai umk kabupaten Badung. Banyak DW sehingga susah untuk naik ke jenjang staff
