    The challengesAda konsumen premanisme, unit di overbooking ke Oknum Anggota. Sama saya mau diajak ke Polsek! Si Konsumen nya ngajak duel berantem kpd saya. Tetapi saya menggunakan otak tidak menggunakan otot! Dengan Argumentasi Hukum. Akhirnya si konsumen ketakutan dan minta maaf kpd saya.
