    The good thingsI am comfortable working here because of colleagues who can work well together. The company gives the rights of its employees. Lots of knowledge that I got from the import department. starting from time discipline, and improving performance. But what is lacking from this company is the problem of uncertain career paths.

Several times faced with work problems made me dare to come up with a decision with all the risks to solve the problem because remembering my work prioritizes dealines.

    The good thingsManajer cukup profesional, bisa membangun hubungan yang baik dengan Tim. Kekeluargaan yang cukup terjalin. Disiplin waktu adalah harga mati disini.

    The good thingsWorking here will give you a lot of new experience, I - My self start working at PT. KARYAMITRA BUDISENTOSA right after I graduated from collage. In this company I play big roles, such as create an event and create a marketing campagn (which is excelent ), I met new faces and start to build my connection more. like I've said before, it's really a good place to start and to learn for the beginner like me.
    The challengesLimitation of ideas, there's a unspoken rules towards every single things. The discussion session usually ended up with one way decision making only. people are overworked that's why they barely have no will to explore more and more ideas, and that is the reason why I quit this company.
