We offer an apprenticeship program, Jobs For Life, that provides vocational training and financial support to the citizens of Bali. Each participant is given the opportunity to join the workshop, where we provide locally sourced family-style meals to several-hundred workers––a gathering ritual that both fosters a sense of community and attracts visitors.WE ARE SUSTAINABLEAs a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council, and Kimberley Process compliant, John Hardy is committed to codes of practice that ensure our stones, diamonds and metals are conflict-free and ethically produced every step of the way.The same sense of responsibility is applied to our packaging. From our jewelry boxes to our shopping bags, all paper materials are now certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, a non-profit that manages the environmental and economic benefits of trees.We also craft jewelry that gives back. Our “Wear Bamboo, Plant Bamboo” initiative, in partnership with non-profit 1,000 Bamboo Villages, is committed to cultivating the natural beauty of Bali.
