Kurang lebih dua Tahun saya bekerja di karma group yang berada di bali sangat menyenangkan. Tetepi situasi pandemi ini saya di PHK .
    The challengesKesulitan ada ketika awal saya masuk ,harus berhadapan dengan tamu asing yang saya belum kenal dan saya harus melakukan p3njualan kepada mereka dengan bahasa yang berbeda,dengan kekuranga saya saya terus belajar berkomunikasi bersama para touris asing. Supay saya bisa menawarkan prodak.memebersip sitem.kami ,hotel restoran club dan spa.

    The good thingsGreat environment, learn to understand more about foreign perspective, give you more knowledge, no pressure but must be tactful and understand deadline very well, work hard play hard, you can have working and having some fun altogether. If you do best and the executive people interested in your work and if you re lucky, they can send you to other Karma Resort abroad. There's also a staff compliment. All staff speaking and understand English good here.
    The challengesYou are working with foreign people with different characteristic and also the competitive environment. What this company needs to improve : some employees are working not with good professionalism. Company needs the manager to review every staff, such discipline coming to work, their initiative to do their job very well, and also their communication in delivering any message / memo.

    The good thingsMany experience I got here, especially for met guests and we can sharing information about the guest have or from me. Many time I can help the guest who had problem or understood about tourist places, so I must met them and explained.Everyday I want my guests feeling like talking with their family not guest with hostess.
    The challengesHard to find guest when that guest thinking their holiday is sleep time, so all day they only sleep and staying at their room. And my suggestions are inviting them to our activities, because everyday I make activities at the resort to make the guest interesting to join with us and we can talk each others. Because when the guest can talking with us and laughing, I can said their not scared and comfortable for holiday.

Jadi saya sangat merekomendasikan bagi para pelamar kerja untuk dapat bekerja dsni. karenga lingkungan kerja nya pun sangat nyam dan berasa seperti keluarga. Semua sangat saling berbaur dan berkolaborasi antar departemen. oleh karenanya saya sangat betah bekerja dsni, terlebih bonus yang diberikan pun tidak tanggung-tanggung. saya perna mendapat bonus hingga 2 juta dalam sebulan, walapun padahal hanya mencari leads untuk menjadi member Karma Group

    The challengesSelama bekerja di Karma Group, kesulitan utama saya adalah saya sering diberikan pekerjaaan yang terkadang diluar job description saya. Tapi sementara ini masih dalam tahap wajar dan saya mengapresiasi karena hal ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan saya untuk di masa depan.
