    unexpected adventure
    The good thingsthis company has friendly atmosphere and the location can easily accessed by public transport (Transjakarta), free internet access, no discrimination, quite lenient on leave permit and time attendance.
    The challengesthere are construction nearby so expect daily buzzing noise. weird supply chain system, need time to learn to use it properly. expect sudden job increase out of your job description without any warning. no additional health insurance and annual bonus.

    Bekerja Secara Profesional Namun Santai dan Menyenangkan
    The good things- Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Tidak ada senioritas, dan saling ramah satu dengan yang lain. - Memikirkan kesejahteraan karyawannya.
    The challenges- pada saat magang di sana, perusahaan ini masih terbilang baru sehingga jobdesk untuk divisi Research and Development masih belum terorganisir dengan baik.

    Pengalaman sebagai RnD
    The good things- Lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan - Rekan kerja yang mampu diajak bekerja sama - Sense of belonging terhadap perusahaan sangat tinggi sehingga sangat terbuka untuk memberikan bantuan maupun saran - Hubungan antara manager dan staff sangat dekat, jadi tidak terasa kesenjangan di antara setiap posisi - Karena perusahaan ini termasuk perusahaan baru (2017), jadi banyak pelajaran yang bisa diambil. Seperti membangun sistem baru, bukan sekedar berkerja sesuai standar yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya
    The challenges- Kurang tenaga yang profesional di bidangnya. Kepala departemen RnD saat saya bekerja bukan lulusan Teknologi Pangan/Nutrisi/bidang lain yang terkait sehingga saya pribadi tidak memiliki sosok yang cukup baik untuk jadi panutan dan sumber ilmu untuk dipelajari. Semua pekerjaan yang saya lakukan adalah hasil belajar secara otodidak.
