    The good thingspeople care with each others, you can find new friends here, because you are in the same condition with them. though the coffee table talks is just whining about working condition, you make friends nonetheless.
    The challengesYou need to be really desperate for money to works here. for routine job the guidance and procedure is provided verbally by your supervisor during your first 3 months. after that you are on your own. safety concern is no concern at all. no real effort from management on improving work safety, or at least following safety regulation from the government, just bare minimum.
