    great place to learn
    The good thingsit was my first job back in 2011, despite the low salary that they given. i have learnt a lot during my work in Kosasih. of course there is bad things here and there, bur overall it was a great experience. i was able to absorb so many knowledge from it.

    The good thingsDari kakak-kakak senior, SPV, manager sampai ke junior partner yang sangat humble terhadap saya dan anak internship lainnya. Terutama kakak-kakak senior yang sangat-sangat membatu dalam membuat working paper, ngevoching data.
    The challengesSebagai internship auditor, saya menyelesaikan working paper, disitu saya sedikit kebingungan karna tidak tahu bagaimana, ternyata hanya memasukkan account dari laporan keuangan client satu per satu dalam working paper, tapi sesering berjalannya waktu sudah menjadi kebisaan dan sudah hapal dan mudah untuk menyelesaikan working paper.

    The good things1. Gaji yang ditawarkan untuk fresh graduate tinggi. 2. lingkungan kerja asik (tergantung tim sih kalo timnya ok ya ok ok aja hehe) 3. pekerjaan dan kehidupan masih balance bgt!!! 4. benefitnya lumayan banyak dibanding kap second tier lainnya sih (TOP BGT)

    Satisfactory experience with great people and teams
    The good thingsThe people were fantastic and terrific. although working in audit related field is expected to have tons of workloads; the people and the teams make all the difference when you work here. Really fast adaptation and learning curve make an overall great and satisfying process. I surely don't have experience working in a big four public accounting firm for comparative purposes, but I don't have any noteworthy complaints.
    The challengesAlthough it would be an understatement to say that the compensation was not enough, I can safely say that other similar firm with similar or better ranked will offer you better compensation. But you should get compensated for what you have done, and from my responsibilities, I can say that my compensation were fair enough.

    The good thingsSenior-senior di KAP ini sangat baik dan ramah, memberikan panduan yang cukup baik. tetapi selaayaknya bekerja pada KAP, pekerjaan utama seorang trainee adalah membantu senior untuk melakukan vouching maka dari itu bekerja disini sebagai junior auditor maka dipastikan pekerjaan anda akan vouching

    A Good Place to Learn
    The good thingsThis place is a good place to learn anything about accounting, you will get experience on many industries available in Indonesia, from the basic like manufacturing industry to hospitality industry. You also have a chance to get a lot of friends in this company. You'll get a chance to go around, because this company's clients are almost anywhere.
    The challengesThe setback for this company is their small salary and benefits. Of course every company want to reduce their cost and maximize their revenue, but with clients anywhere, you need to at least give a good health insurance and salary to your employees, as they are the tip of the spear of the company's income. The employees can go anywhere around Indonesia and only covered by BPJS Kesehatan and no more health benefits except a little bit sum of coverage for optical and dental. The salary barely make the employees live well, including the senior staff.
