    No work life balance
    The good thingsOPE that's it.
    The challengesLong hour, work all day long without stop, not enough staff to cover all job. Management just keep adding more clients.

    Okay for first timer (don't stick too long here)
    The good thingsYou learn a lot as a first timer and most of your co-workers are your age. Cover a lot of different clients too so you can learn quickly in short period of time.
    The challengesAwful work life balance. Salary is pretty average at best. If you already make it to senior get away from there immediately, promotion is very slow and salary doesn't raise too much sadly.

    Great if you have no life outside of work
    The good things1. Not too bad if you are a fresh graduate who wants to learn how accounting works. 2. The OPE (transport allowance) given for auditors who need to visit the client. It makes up for the otherwise low to average salary. 3. With any luck you might join a team who you can get along with.
    The challenges1. Slow promotion, slower raise/bonus. 2. Base salary is pretty low without OPE/overtime 3. No work life balance, long hours, lots of work load and potentially lack of staff members to cover all the jobs. 4. Deadlines are often realistic and force us to perform job constantly. It's great if you have no life outside of work.

    Very open to new graduates and looking for work experience with knowledge that is very useful for the future
    The good thingsWorking with colleagues who are very open and seniors who care about their juniors, build good cooperation between employees, and will have a reliable team. It's really worth it to work here if the orientation is for hard workers. You will get a lot of experience working here.
    The challengesWe always have to learn a lot about different types of client companies.

    Perusahaan yang masuk ke Big 5 dan punya performa yang cukup baik
    The good thingsPeluang bekerja dengan client dari berbagai kota di Indonesia, juga bekerja dengan teman baru dari berbagai pengalaman dan background. Lingkungan kerja yg ckup baik dan kondusif. Kepedulian manajemen/kantor yang baik jg menunjang kualitas kerja.
    The challengesKurang nya training yang diberikan unutk menunjang karir di audit ataupun tax. Perhatian HR yg kurang dalam proses rekruitmen juga menimbulkan Superior sulit meminta atau request staff baru, komuniksi yang sulit dan juga proses yang dipersulit membuat HR tidak menjadi penengah yang baik antara staff dan divisi yang bersangkutan.

    The good thingsSenior dan team kerja yang sangat komunikatif, supportif, dan baik sehingga membuat suasana kerja yang nyaman. Perhitungan kompensasi lembur cukup jelas. Mendapatkan pengalaman yang sangat baik dalam bidang audit, walaupun posisi Internship, tetapi job yang diberikan sangat meningkatkan skill dalam audit itu sendiri.
    The challengesDikarenakan saya mangang disaat pandemic Covid-19 sehingga melakukan audit dengan cara online sepenuhnya, yang membuat saya membutuhkan sedikit tambahan waktu untuk mempelajari software yang digunakan perusahaan, namun dengan komunikasi yg baik dengan senior, mempelajari tugas-tugas tidak terlalu sulit. Dan kesulitan lainnya seperti biasa sebagai auditor, hampir setiap hari lembur, dan terkadang sabtu minggu masuk kerja. Namun ini hal wajar untuk sebagai auditor.

    The good thingsMenjadi auditor hampir 1 dekade merupakan pengalaman yang luar biasa karena begitu banyak ilmu dan pengalaman yang didapatkan. Perkembangan ilmu akutansi seiring dengan berkembang pesatnya bisnis di dalam maupun luar negri yang mejadikan profesi ini semakin dibutuhkan.

Auditor harus lebih peka terhadap resiko-resiko bisnis yang dijalani oleh klien (manajemen). Auditor juga harus menguasai teknologi sebagai sarana untuk mempersempit resiko yang terjadi.

    The good thingsSaya mendapatkan banyak pengalaman dan ilmu dalam hal Audit. Saya juga mendapatkan pelajaran tentang Audit dari tahap perencanaan audit sampai dengan tahap pelaporan audit. Saya belajar bagaimana bekerja sama dengan rekan satu tim audit.

    How to survive in BDO with advantage and disavantage
    The good thingsThe salary is better for some big grup, the employer can learn many kind of accounting method but limited client. When we decide to take a next collage we can do it in BDO. The client is easy for first career. Many of client is just single entity with less risk.
    The challengesThe scope of working is very wide with less manpower. The IT department isn't good. The tool like fotocopy,scanner, printer is very old. In some group, manager isn't review your work but when is wrong is your mine. The Out of Expanse is funny things because is dosnt make sense.
