    Peraturan yg tidak jelas
    The good thingsHubungan kerja antar karyawan sangat baik dan membuat nyaman karna saling membantu. Para in charge tidak pelit ilmu dan suka sharing. Mendapatkan banyak pelajaran dan pengalaman baru. Variasi klien yg cukup banyak dan menantang. Gaji cukup oke.
    The challengesManajemen perusahaan tidak jelas, cuti sangat sulit dan terlalu banyak syaratnya, peraturan kantor yg berubah2, bonus hanya iming2 belaka, lembur dibayar flat rate, OB males dan tidak helpfull, manajemen suka mengiming2in hal yg tidak bisa direalisasikan

    There’s no proper complience and company policy.
    The good thingsSupportive coworkers, experienced manager, clients variety, opportunity to gain knowledge in audit.
    The challengesSome of the seniors are not qualified to be seniors, unclear performance evaluation. The HR team are not reliable, based on how they behave and treat employee seems like they don’t understand about employee retention, people development and organizational development.
