    The good thingsProses adaptasi yang sangat cepat sehingga dapat membantu proses pekerjaan lebih efektif dan optimal. Peran kerjasama dan teamwork yang baik membuat lingkungan kerja menjadi lebih nyaman. Adanya penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan bila karyawan tersebut selalu hadir dalam tiap bulannya.
    The challengesPengembangan karir karyawan kurang diperhatikan oleh pihak manajemen, dikarenakan fokus dari tujuan perusahaan lebih kepada pelayanan perusahaan terhadap customer. Beberapa masukan terhadap manajemen dari karyawan, kurang ditanggapi dan terkadang tidak ada tidak lanjut dari ajuan tersebut.

    The good thingsBanyak tantangan dalam bekerja karena perusahaan ini masih tergolong baru. Banyak hal-hal baru di temukan di Perusahaan ini. Dengan tidak terlalu banyaknya jumlah karyawan, sangat mudah untuk berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi dengan karyawan yang lain. Lokasi Perusahaan berada di kawasan Industri yang strategis, dekat dengan fasilitas-fasilitas lain penunjang lainnya di kawasan Cikarang.
    The challengesPerlu tenaga extra dalam bekerja karena perusahaan ini masih tergolong baru beridiri, banyak hal-hal yang masih harus dikerjakan secara manual. Belum tersedia kantin di dalam area perusahaan.
