    School that feels like home, acceptable work load and positive work environment
    The good thingsThe school gives chances/promotions early on in our career if they see potential, the principal/leaders clearly know what they are doing and care for our growth, salary is ok / above average compared to schools in the same area
    The challengesNot all students in the school have high motivation towards learning and this reflects to poor results in several subjects assessed externally in Cambridge Examination, it is a Christian school so we must be ready to take part in school events related to religion

    The good thingsAda kekeluargaan ditempat ini . Dalam bekerja saling gotong royong untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan . Lingkungan nyaman dan bersih sehingga semangat dalam bekerja. Banyak kegiatan untuk karyawan yang membantu kita untuk saling kenal satu dengan yang lain . Perusahaan juga memfasilitasi karyawan dengan kenyaman
