    The good thingsThe school gives chances/promotions early on in our career if they see potential, the principal/leaders clearly know what they are doing and care for our growth, salary is ok / above average compared to schools in the same area
    The challengesNot all students in the school have high motivation towards learning and this reflects to poor results in several subjects assessed externally in Cambridge Examination, it is a Christian school so we must be ready to take part in school events related to religion

    The good thingsI had the opportunity to showcase my pedagogical skills and knowledge in this school. Management was able to appreciate and recognise my contribution as a teacher and eventually head of department.
    The challengesRemuneration is too low to sustain your daily needs. Yet demands on work is getting high.

    The good thingsBanyak sekali hal positif yang ada pada Kanaan Global School Jakarta, beberapa diantaranya adalah persaingan dan kesempatan yang sama untuk karyawannya mendapatkan yang terbaik dari manajemen tanpa membedakan senior atau yunior. di KGS Jakarta mempunyai team work yang bagus dan sangat kompetitif serta bisa juga dijadikan sebagai wahana pembelajaran ilmu-ilmu baru dalam teori maupun praktek pelaksanaan sebuah event.
    The challengesKesulitannya adalah ketika kita bermimpi tinggi(mungkin ketinggian ...hehe..)maka kita akan berhadapan dengan kenyataan bahwa setiap sekolah mempunyai sisi keterbatasannya sendiri;tidak terkecuali KGS Jakarta dan semua sekolah yang lain tentunya/hal wajar). Satu hal yang sulit adalah ketika harus mengundurkan diri oleh karena keharusan untuk membantu melayani lembaga pendidikan lainnya saat saya ingin menuntaskan mimpi saya di KGS Jakarta. Well, best Luck for KGS Jakarta and for me to have a new adventure on new level experience!

    The good thingsBanyak belajar mengenai sistem keuangan di sekolah, karena sebelum ini saya banyak bekerja di perusahaan, bukan instansi pendidikan.
    The challengesSelama ini masih belum menjumpai hal yang terlalu sulit untuk dilakukan. Selama masih ada bimbingan, penjelasan dan komunikasi dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait semuanya masih dapat dilakukan.
