Great place for learningThe good thingsGood working environment, good people, good values, and good food! When I worked here, I learn new things especially about food and sustainability. The people in this company is enjoying their day-to-day work. Of course the pressure is high, just as in many growing companies, however, everybody knows that they're working for a greater cause which making them even more motivated in fulfilling the progress.
The challengesThe system is not really well established. The management is struggling to build the company focus. Lack focus on building profit-oriented business strategy. Yes, we will learn many things there as an individual, gain many friendships with the people around, but from the company perspective, it's really difficult to expect growth in terms of business. Well, that might also be a trade-off for social-businesses like this company.
