    Great Remote Working Experience
    The good thingsWorking remotely from anywhere comes with great advantages. Based on my overall experience, this company provides a good work life balance & having many experienced team leaders that are willing to share knowledge & improve ourselves. Many first experience gained & great chances given. Highly agile.
    The challengesOvertime is needed sometimes according to project condition, however in minimal frequency. Due to remote working, overall bonding experience between teammates needs to be improved.

    The challengesOne of the challenges is the need to be highly adaptable, especially when transitioning between different projects. Each project may involve new clients, coworkers, or ways of working, so being flexible and quick to adjust is essential.

    Good starting place to learn and gain experience, with decent salary and benefits.
    The good thingsHighly recommend working here as a starting place. You get to work with international clients. The job is also fully remote/WFH, for me this is a plus as I don't have to waste time and energy on traffic. The salary & benefits are also decent.
    The challengesSometimes you have to work overtime, but I think this is to be expected in a programming role...

    The good thingsThe environment is very positive, especially I'm an intern and still have a college task to do, but they didn't saw me like a burden, perhaps they were very supportive. The people also very helpful and kind, this was a good place to grow.
    The challengesIt's because of remote, so the bond between the employees and interns are lack. There's a limit for us to communicate. But it means, there's a moment that we wait for meet each other in some offline events.

    The good thingsThe workmates come from different background and seems to have broad knowledge in technology. Ask for help and they don't hesitate to give you a helping hand. Not much politics are simplified the interaction.

    Beyond My Expectation
    The good thingsFriendly environment, no age discrimination because everyone is young at heart. Monthly or daily feedback according your readiness to accept critics. Reasonable seniority, they are senior because their skills are proven. Plus, exposed to international scale projects is always legit way to interact with foreign professionals. The management watches us closely into what could bring work-life balance, e.g. sports, meals, outings.
    The challengesShall be meticulous to manage time and create priorities, there are a lot of task to be finished in the same time. On time culture, so at least you shall be in the office in time.

    Horrible in workload, But can learn many things
    The good thingsInovatif in .NET technology, developernya anak2 muda (seusia) jadi untuk lingkungan cukup baik
    The challengesWorkload nya berlebih, dalam 1 project harusnya ada senior developer minimal 1 untuk membantu middle or junior dev nya.. Kalau senior dev nya resign hrsnya dicari lg.. bukan mid dev disuru ngerjain kerjaan senior dev. Tidak ada penyesuaian benefit karena masih kontrak. Cuti dalam 1 taun hanya 10, dan boleh diambil stlh kontrak selesai..
