    The good things1. BPJS ketenagakerjaan yang diterima sesuai dengan seharusnya 2. Sistem kompleks dan bagus untuk belajar hal baru
    The challenges1. Tingkat gaji berbeda untuk Divisi yang berbeda (sales lebih tinggi) 2. Waktu kerja yang panjang 3. Faktor lingkungan (atasan) yang tidak baik 4. Sistem kerja yang terlalu kompleks 5. Gaji dan benefit tidak kompetitif 6. Kantor tidak memiliki lahan parkir 7. Kondisi bangunan kantor kurang terawat padahal ada dep engineering 8. Turnover sangat tinggi

    The good thingsThey give you chance to learn either soft or hard skills and make sure that it helps you grow. It was also a dynamics place to work which leads to the sense of fast adaptability.
    The challengesFound less community club/ any social activities with other workers, so it was a bit hard to socialize and create bonding with others.
