The challengesUnclear promotion mechanism/opportunity:
1. this year is not your turns in other dept some staffs was ridiculously fast promoted to manager level
2. serious follow up regarding career (promotion, salary adjustment) only if we info our resignation plan
3. the HR started spiral career model during 2019 but seems the execution was nearly zero/small chance of job rotation
4. No follow up regarding assesment result, no promotion chance.
