The good thingsSebelum menentukan langkah bekerja harus menentukan langkah sequence bekerja. Contoh awal bekerja finishing yang pertama adalah bekerja dinding sampai proses acian, langkah kedua pekejaan ceilling dan terakhir pekerjaan lantai. Dari pekerjaan dinding proses bekerja cepat adalah cara pasang lintel dan stifener dengan precast, hal tersebut dapat memudahkan bekerja pasang dinding cara tercepat dan praktis. Yg kedua supaya ceilling gyptile tidak berlobang perlu adanya pemasangan gantungan ceiling yg tegak luris dengan rangka perlu perataan joint wall angel dengan sisi dinding yg rata, selanjutnya pasang keramik dengan start point joint dengan dinding potongan terkecil keramik min. 100mm. Jal menarik adalah joint sudutan skirting yg siku.

The challengesCara menentukan sequence kerja dinding dengan curing time yg tepat supaya tidak retak karena dry up. Apabila mengikuti sequence bekerja dari pasang bata sampai acian membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Untuk pekerjaan lantai keramik cara menghindari supaya tidak kopong dalam pemasangan keramik lantai.intuk plint keramik 5 mm terhadap dinding harus sama lebarnya hal tersebut sangat sulit karena harus merapikan permukaan dinsing joint dengan skirting.
