    The good thingsBanyak belajar mengenai proses produksi dan dapat belajar analisa. Lingkungannya baik (antar teman sekerja). Untuk sebagai tempat belajar tempat ini sangat cocok. Perusahaan memberikan kesempatan untuk berkreatifitas.
    The challengesKomunikasi antar atasan seringkali terhambat atau mereka memiliki ide tersendiri, sehingga sebagai admin harus proaktif menangkap apa yg mereka inginkan.

    The challengesPerancangan jalur trei untuk kabel-kabel yang akan di hubungkan (dikoneksikan) pada panel agar kabel -kabel dapat tersusun dengan rapi dan teratur serta menjaga keamanan dari kabel-kabel itu sendiri dari bahaya panas yang timbul dari mesin-mesin produksi atau bahaya dari aktifitas proses produksi.
