    The good thingsSince I have went through the Kairos Development Program in this company, I learnt many things focused in IT consultant. Logical thinking (business-side and programmer-side), structural programming, and softskills teached from this programme.

    The good thingsFor fresh graduate this company is pretty good, you can learn a lot about asp especially web form. Another is working with big client, good environment to work, and sometimes you can discuss with co-worker if you stuck. Its pretty often to get new experience with new user and new application.
    The challengesSometimes you get idle but sometime deadline may give you pressure, most of time the project is enjoyable. Some people say this company not give you very large of salary or benefit, it depend how performs you are.
