    No chance for career up, hard to increase salary, saturday is working, no leaves given under 1 year working period
    The good thingsThe management keep changing, If you are lucky you will get good and kind boss.
    The challengesyou can't get chance for improving your skills here, and saturday is working so sometimes it become too hard because you just have one day holiday.
