    The good thingsI have supportive and friendly teammates, a safe and comfortable work environment, great collaboration, and room for personal and professional growth. I'm currently assigned to an Odoo project, which adds valuable experience.
    The challengesI don't have a dedicated mentor, and while my teammates are often busy, they are still willing to help during their free time.

    The good things- suasana kerja yang nyaman - result oriented bukan working hour oriented - gaji selalu tepat waktu - bagus lah pokoknya semua
    The challenges- mungkin kesulitan untuk berkembang ke posisi baru atau lainnya. biasanya kalau sudah 1 posisi ya udah itu terus.

    The good thingsJUKe adalah sebuah perusahaan yang sangat baik terutama untuk fresh graduate yang ingin memulai karir di bidang infrastructure technology. Di JUKe kita disediakan berbagai kesempatan untuk ambil training terkati product, take certification, dll.
    The challengesAgak sedikit sulit untuk develop terutama dari sisi salary, sehingga saya menyarankan agar base salary diawal ketika interview harus sesuai ekspektasi.
