    Saya sangat bersyukur pernah bergabung diperusahaan ini
    The good thingsBanyak sekali relasi yang saya temui terutama yang berhubungan dengan Departemen CPP / MIne Facility. Tercatat sekitar 35 Company Coal, mulai dari company coal dengan produksi tinggi diatas 10 Juta ton seperti PT KPC, PT Arutmin, PT Kideco, PT Bukit Asam, PT Adaro hingga company coal dengan produksi sekitar 1 Juta Ton seperti PT PMJ, PT BMSA, PT ABN, PT TIA dsb.
    The challengesAwal berkarier banyak keluhan dari konsumen terutama berhubungan dengan Spare Part. Banyak Break Down yang terlalu lama sehingga banyak konsumen yang beralih ke spare part Local. Alhamdulillah sejak pertengahan 2015 PT Joy Global mulai membuka ware house dan sedikit demi sedikit masalah tersebut mulai diminimalisir.
