    The good thingsSuasana kerja yang kekeluargaan, diskusi bisa dilakukan secara horizontal maupun vertical. Perusahaan menghargai karyawan sebagai asset penting. Karyawan memiliki kesempatan untuk international exposure dan ditempatkan di luar negeri. Jarang bekerja lembur.
