    Average Good enough
    The good things- Free Lunch - Free snack (company's products) - Punctual payday - Near my house Most of all, the environment may be not perfect, but it depends on your perception. The business routines process based on concept was good, if everything works perfectly according the plan, maybe it would be reached near a perfect working environment. This place can train your mind and testing your passion, do you need to hold back, or doing just fine. based on what i got so far, this company is on the average good enough workplace and not so bad.
    The challengesDealing with company's culture, especially with other workers. Many of them from older generations and so we must follow their way of thinking without leaving our way of doing work that match with our character. That's all i can say. Thank you
