    The good thingsI manage the warehouse and develop the business as well. i learned how to coordinate with many department and clients at the same time. it drives me to be multitasking person. I learned how to develop people and increase my leadership skill. I get more knowledge about thai food and thai culture because sometimes I have to coordinate with the thai chef as well.
    The challengesmanaging multiple people with different character and personalities are the hardest challenge for me. listen to each and every problem that they has, find the solution to motivate them to do their job.
