    Budaya kerja toxic, sistem lemah, kompensasi tidak sepadan

    The challengesGaya komunikasi atasan buruk dan sering berubah-ubah Sering diminta lembur tanpa bayaran, bahkan saat pekerjaan sudah selesai Tidak ada apresiasi atas kerja keras, tapi kesalahan langsung dimarahi Sistem kerja tidak profesional, masih menggunakan metode lama Kompensasi dan workload tidak seimbang Proyek terlalu banyak untuk satu orang, tidak ada dukungan Wajib kerja Sabtu dan on-cam seharian saat WFH Sakit pun tetap ditelpon Tingkat turnover sangat tinggi — banyak karyawan resign dalam hitungan minggu Tidak ada pelatihan, tapi disindir untuk resign jika target tidak tercapai

    TEMPAT KERJA YG ANEH!
    The good thingsBanyak orang resign di kantor ini karena lingkungan kerja yang tidak nyaman, gaji sllu telat dan dipotong sesuka hati. Bahkan banyak karyawan yg gak betah lama kerja di sini. Suasana kantor kayak rumah, tidak seperti kantor normal lainnya.
    The challengesBanyak disuruh kerjain tugas kantor yg sebenarnya bukan jobdesk-nya. Banyak menuntut kerjaan cepat selesai tapi gaji B aja. Lingkungan kerja yg tidak kondusif membuat karyawan tertekan dan ingin cepat resign.

    The good things1. Teamwork bersama orang hebat dan berpengalaman 2. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif 3. Mendapatkan fasilitas kerja yang baik 4. Waktu kerja yang fleksibel
    The challengesMembuat Daily Plan, Daily Report, dan Weekly Report adalah hal yang mudah, tapi terkadang lupa dan bisa menjadi masalah dikemudian hari.
