I worked as an Officer StaffThe good thingsthe good thing about this company is you will received so many benefits such as pocket meal, parking, medical, sometimes Ied al Fitr and new year bonuses from Commisioners. Good working environment, strong team work, prestige office area. The working tasks was not that tough, however by the end of the month usually tasks made you overwhelmed. High discipline its a must, make sure always come on time everyday (if you late, then say good bye to pocket meal). I rarely stayed for overtime, but when i do, the latest i stayed in the office was around 7PM, Not that late tho.
The challengesBasically this company is a family company. Unfortunately those who has family link will be in a strategic position. Career path is pretty low here, it's quite hard to achieve some position. But don't worry, even tho you still in the same position for years, they will always raise your salary.
