Fresh and push members to growThe good thingsFirst off all it is located in less crowded but still prestigious area in Jalan Panjang, so even if workers have to rent a room to make commuting easier the price isn't as crazy as Sudirman or other central areas. The company is new, everyone is under 30, but we put a big effort on building and maintaining an excellent company culture, because we believe that it will nurture each members and allow them to grow, which would bring benefit to the company and of course the members themselves. We use Japanese during working hours so everyone can maintain and even improve their Japanese level.
The challengesAs mentioned, this company is relatively new, so usually each members are expected to be able to do all kinds of tasks. But of course as the company grow we will expand and recruit new members, therefore it's nothing to worry about.
