    The good thingsThe good thing about working at the company is how the people create a positive and supportive work environment. Moreover, we can learn many aspects from the field which we choose. I highly recommend this company for gaining valuable work experience in such positive aspects.
    The challengesthe difficulies what I found during my internship at the company was the large number of scammers impersonating the company has led to numerous customer complaints, which has negatively affected the company.

I can recruit several employees who have the potential to progress this company. there have been several employees who were only staff but because of my ability as HRD and Management succeeded in making them develop into a branch company in several areas.

    The challenges1. Sulitnya Membentuk Kerjasama Team yang kompak 2. Medan atau Lahan Parkir yang Kurang luas, sehingga kendaraan pengunjung susah mendapat tempat parkir yang layak 3. Kondisi lapangan yang kalau hujan sangat berlumpur 4. Sulitnya Terbentuk Komunikasi Antara Difisi sehingga menghambat kinerja masing- masing difisi.
