    Sistem dari pusat yg tidak terlalu baik

    The challengesGaji yg kadang terlambat. Dan tidak adanya tunjangan lainnya untuk staff lokal. Staff pusat yg kadang berganti ganti tiap bulan membuat kesulitan saat akhir bln krn hrs selalu meng update laporan karyawan terus menerus yang membuat penerimaan gaji jd terhambat dan penerimaan gaji dan uang makan yg tidak bersamaan
