    Perusahaan yang sangat kekeluargaan
    The good thingsMerupakan sebuah perusahaan yang sangat kekeluargaan. Hubungan antar karyawan juga erat, dan sering melakukan diskusi terbuka. Kemudahan untuk mengambil cuti juga menjadi salah satu poin plus, sehingga kehidupan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi sangat balance.
    The challengesKarena hubungan kekeluargaan yang terlalu kental, terkadang ada rasa sungkan untuk menyampaikan pendapat. Terkadang membuat beberapa karyawan hanya 'manut' saja ketika disuruh melakukan sesuatu. Hal ini dapat berpengaruh terhadap passion karyawan untuk mengerjakan sesuatu.
