    The good thingsBeing in one of the biggest real estate companies in Tangerang Selatan, you can learn a lot from experienced individuals. And if you're lucky, given the size of the company, you can easily be recognized by vendors, stakeholders, and governmental bodies.
    The challengesLow Salary: For a company this big, its pay and benefits are seen as some of the lowest in the property industry. Also, it's really hard for you to get a pay raise even though you're someone who has achieved a lot. Lack of Career Advancement: There are too many older workers (over 40) here who haven't moved up in the past ten years.
