I learnt a lot about working with foreigners, particularly Japanese and their working cultureThe good thingsThe employer is always respectful towards its employers. They put the safety of the employers first. I got the opportunity to learn Japanese. They allow their staff to take their Japanese course for free. They concern and support the employers to gain knowledge of their language and culture.
The challengesChallenges with this employers are how to incorporate our Indonesian working style/culture with Japanese working culture. Communication needs to be developed all the time.
The culture of work depends a lot on the individual who hold the management role. So, each department sometime receive different treatments.
