    The good thingsThe good things in this company is that when you have a project your salary can be double. Local Director is very kind and will give you alot of advices. Have a great vision. And it is a good place to learn alot of things to explore more about your self. Bonafit company and has alot of good facility for their employee.

    The good thingsCommit to safety management system. Behavior base safety program was updated. Control of quality directly done by supervisor and management. Overall, Safety become first thing to think before commencing any task or job.
    The challengesDrilling program will following oil and gas prices. it seems like impossible to become permanent employee here.
