    Great learning opportunity
    The good thingsLearning opportunity. Great pressure that pushed employee to be a better individual. I really enjoyed the transparency from the Board of Directors. As employee, I was given the chance to meet the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners frequently, a chance that is hard to find in other companies.

    Disappointment
    The good thingsGreat friendship is easily bonded here, location is strategist to the central CBD. Working environment is actually nice.
    The challengesThe old system that the high level management carry, HR did not accommodate the well being of employees. No bonuses, small percentage of raise in salary. High pressure from the peer without any salary compensation. Terrible work space.

    The good thingseverything was wonderful here,, the work shift was enjoyable, i even spent some time in work.. for me its just fun with the Colleges who work better
    The challengesi worked as receptionist so i met foreign everyday especially japan.. well i dont speak japanesse and they dont speak bahasa very well even english but we learn to understand each other to make everthings work out..
