    a very startup enviroment
    The good thingsthey offer one of the chillest working experience, you can work from home and the structure is very relax.
    The challengesthe company basically were startup based on whether you boss or owner like you and your perfomance or not, if you growing but they dont see you able to fulfill what they expect you'll be judged as non performer. as for pay it self they pay in gross no pph tax, bpjs kesehatan or jaminan hari tua. highly not recommended
