The good things* Kebutuhan material membutuhkan estimasi yang akurat saat melakukan permintaan pengadaan ke purchasing. * Pengadaan SDM sesuai kebutuhan kondisi dilapangan sebagai support management dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. * Support dan kontrol Management perusahaan terhadap perjalanan proyek sangat membantu pelaksanaan di proyek. * Survey lapangan terhadap pelaksanaan oleh management perusahaan, membantu pimpinan proyek utk diarahkan demi pencapaian progress maupun percepatan pekerjaan, sehingga schedule pekerjaan benar tercapai dengan harapan perusahaan.

The challenges* Disaat pengiriman pengadaan terlambat diterima diproyek harus dapat mengalihkan tenaga kerja kebidang lainnya, sehingga pemanfaatan tenaga kerja terserap maksimal. * Penjelasan terhadap pemberi tugas (owner) atas permintaan dan perubahan volume pekerjaan yg tidak ada di Bill of Quantity maupun di gambar konstruksi, sehingga menjadi pekerjaan tambah yg harus diproses secara admin Project. Utk dasar pengajuan pengadaan material oleh bagian purchasing (pembelian)
