    The challengesDi perusahaan ini sering terjadi kerusakan pada sistem penginputan data sehingga sering menghambat pekerjaan, perbaikan yang dilakukan juga terlalu lama dan sering terjadi penumpukan kerjaan. Dan pemberian waktu lembur kerja juga sering diumumkan secara mendadak.
