    Dumb HR manager
    The good thingsThe employee was solid and fun. Good environment. The office is near mall, near restaurants. The director was nice
    The challengesAt that time, dumb HR manager creates stupid HR policy effected to all employees. For example when the president election day, the government make statement will be off day, but the dumb HR manager's statement there is off day.. When idul fitri, we only off at 1st and 2nd day, etc...
